Hawaiʻi Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 91-year-old Edward Doi who was reported missing. He was last seen Sunday morning, November 7, 2021, at 8:30 a.m. on King Avenue in Hilo.
 
Doi is described as Asian, 5 feet 9 inches, 155 pounds, with bald/shaved head, gray facial hair, and brown eyes. He wears eye glasses and is known to wear black colored shorts.
 
Police ask anyone who may have information on Doi’s whereabouts to contact the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
 
Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the island wide Crime Stoppers number at (808) 961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000. ​
