Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Serenity Salmo-Kaawa, who was reported as a  runaway.

Salmo-Kaawa was last seen on Friday, October 27, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. in Kailua-Kona.

She is described as Filipino with a tan complexion, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 175 pounds, with long straight black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
