Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Kingston Rikar who was reported as a runaway.

Rikar was last seen in the Pahoa area on Monday, November 20, 2023, at approximately 6:30 a.m. wearing a red t-shirt and black pants. 

He is described as having a dark complexion, approximately 5-foot 6-inches tall, 130 pounds, with brown eyes, and black hair. 

Police ask anyone who may have information on the whereabouts of Rikar to contact the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
