Hawaiʻi Island police are searching for an 88-year-old Honokaʻa woman who was reported missing.

Demetria Tabac was last seen at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday (November 24) on Ohai Street in Honokaʻa.

She is described as Filipino, 4-foot-10, 85 pounds with gray hair. She was last seen wearing a blue-and-gray long dress, a blue-and-gray hat, white tennis shoes and glasses. She may be disoriented.

Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call the islandwide Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300.
