Hawai’i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 36-year-old Parmalee Dawn Lauch Phillips, also known as, Parmalee Lauch. She is known to frequent the South Hilo and Puna districts.

Phillips is described as 5-feet 11-inches tall, 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Phillips is wanted for an outstanding criminal warrant, as well as for questioning as a witness in relation to a missing person investigation reported in May 2023.
