Hawaiʻi Island Police report that AT&T customers may be experiencing difficulty in calling 911.

If you are unable to complete the call, please call the nearest police station or call from a phone that uses a different carrier. Internet service is also impacted in some areas.

Service is slowly being restored to affected island locations.
