Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 13-year-old Justine Kawaa, who was reported as a runaway. Due to her age, she is classified as an endangered missing child.

Kawaa was last seen walking on Kapiolani Street on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at approximately 2:20 p.m., wearing a black top, black shorts, and camouflage Crocs.

Kawaa is part-Hawaiian with a light complexion, 5 feet tall, 146 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone with information about Kawaa’s whereabouts to call Officer Roger Carvalho at the police department’s non-emergency number (808) 935-3311.
