Hawaiʻi Island police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a 17-year-old Kaila Harris of Kea‘au, who was reported as a runaway. She was last seen at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, December 15, 2023, in Hilo.

Harris is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall, 120 pounds, with shoulder-length brown hair, brown eyes, and nose piercing.

Police ask anyone who may have information about Harris’ whereabouts to please call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311 or contact Officer Shawn Mirafuentes of Puna Patrol at (808) 965-2716.
