Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Deandre Moore who was reported as a runaway.

Moore was last seen on August 20, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., in the area of the 1700 block of Kino‘ole Street in Hilo. He is described as being around 5 feet 7 inches tall, 140 to 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Moore is known to frequent the Puna area.

Police ask anyone who may have any information on Moore’s whereabouts to please contact the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311 or Area I Juvenile Aid Section Officer Corey Kaneko at (808) 961-8843.
