Hawai‘i Island police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 35-year-old Kenoa Castro of Hilo, who was reported missing. He was last heard from in mid-October 2021.

Castro is described as being part Hawaiian with a fair complexion, 5 feet 8 inches, 200 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. He is known to frequent the Hilo and Puna districts.

Police ask anyone who may have information on Castro’s whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency number at (808) 935-3311, or Officer Frances Kaschan of Hilo Patrol (808) 961-2213 or email frances.kaschan@hawaiicounty.gov.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at (808) 961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1000.
