Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 27-year-old Devan Delaney of Ocean View, who was reported missing. 

She was last known to be in the area of the Kahuku Country Market in Ocean View on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., wearing blue jeans and a red/green colored shirt.

Delaney is described as Caucasian with a slim build, 4 feet 11 inches tall, 90 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. She has an octopus tattoo on her right arm and a tattoo of a rose on her right thigh.      

Police are asking anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
