Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 12-year-old Zealand Brickwood, who was reported as a runaway. Due to his age, he is considered and endangered missing child. 

Brickwood was last seen in the 1700 block of Kinoole Street in Hilo on Friday, December 30, 2022, at 10:30 p.m., wearing a gray hoodie and black jeans.

He is described as local with a slim build, about 4 feet 10 inches tall, 100 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. 

Police ask anyone with information on Brickwood’s whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
