2-01-23 Police Report Telecommunications Issues in Hawaiian Paradise Park

Media Release 

Hawaii Police Department received reports of Hawaiian Paradise Park residents in Kea‘au experiencing issues accessing 911 services by telephone. At this time, the issue seems to be limited to AT&T customers.

If residents are in need of assistance and are unable to call 9-1-1 or the non-emergency line, they are advised to please go to the nearest police station or medical facility. 

The Pahoa police station is located at 15-2615 Keaʻau-Pāhoa Road.

According to Spectrum officials, a technician is on site and is addressing the issue. It is unknown when services will be restored.
