2-07-24 Police Seeking Two Male Runaways

Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating two male runaways in east Hawaii, 16-year-old Kinser Rofes and 17-year-old Demarion Olloway.

Both were last seen in the 1000 block of Leilani Street in Hilo on Sunday, February 4, 2024. 

Rofes is described as a Pacific Islander with a medium complexion and thin build, about 5 feet 6 inches tall, 160 pounds, with a shaved head and brown eyes.  

Olloway is described as African-American with a dark complexion and medium build, about 6 feet 1 inch tall, 180 pounds, with a shaved head and brown eyes.  

Police ask anyone with information on either runaway’s whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311 or contact Officer Blane Kenolio at blane.kenolio@hawaiicounty.gov.
