2-12-24 (Update) Runaway Kingston Rikar Located, Runs Away Again Same Day

Hawai‘i Island police report that 15-year-old Kingston Rikar, who was reported as a runaway on January 30, 2024, (report #: 24-010192), was located in Pāhoa, on Thursday, February 8, 2024, in good health.

However, he subsequently ran away again later the same day (report #: 24-013319).

Rikar is described as a Pacific Islander with a dark complexion and slim build, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Police ask anyone with information on Rikar’s whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at 808-935-3311.
