Hawai‘i Island police report that 53-year-old Roger Tolar of Kealakekua, who was previously reported as missing, was located in Kailua-Kona on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, in good health.

The Hawai‘i Police Department would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating Tolar.
