Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 24-year-old Kelia Armstrong who escaped from police custody on Monday, February 15, 2021, at approximately 11:45 a.m.

Armstrong is described as a Caucasian female, 5’-1”-inches tall, 110 pounds, with long blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen in the Pahoa area wearing a light blue athletic sports top, black leggings and bare feet. 

Police ask anyone who see Armstrong or know her whereabouts to call 911.
