Hawai‘i Island police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 79-year-old Ronald A. Brown of Kailua-Kona, who was reported missing.

Brown was last seen on August 29, 2021, at 3:45 a.m. wearing black pants, a black blazer jacket and black shoes in the area of Kuakini Highway in Kailua-Kona.

Brown is described as being Caucasian, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 175 pounds, with short white/blonde hair and blue eyes.

Police are asking anyone with any information regarding Brown’s whereabouts to contact the police department’s non-emergency number at (808) 935-3311 or Officer Ryan Barrett at (808) 326-4646 ext. 253 or via email at ryan.barrett@hawaiicounty.gov.
