Hawai‘i Island police are seeking 12-year-old Herman Kirklin of Mountain View, who was reported as a runaway on Thursday, February 29, 2024. Due to his age, he is considered endangered.

He was last seen on the evening of Monday, February 26, on Lehua Street in Mountain View. Kirklin is described as 6 feet tall, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
