3-10-21 Police Ask for Public’s Assistance in Locating Missing Kea’au Man Ralph Solis

Media Release 

Hawai‘i Island police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 51-year-old Raphael “Ralph” Solis, who was reported missing.

Solis is described as being 5’-07” tall, weighing 200 pounds, with green eyes and brown hair. 

He was last seen just after 1 a.m. on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, in the 1600 block of 28th Avenue in the Hawaiian Paradise Park Subdivision in Kea‘au. He left the area in an unknown direction of travel, possibly on foot.

Solis is considered armed. If observed, contact police and do not approach. 

Police ask anyone who may have any information on Solis’ whereabouts to contact the Hawaii Police Department at 911 or (808) 935-3311.
