Hawaiʻi Island police are asking for the public’s assistance for information regarding the theft of a van that was removed from the property of a nonprofit organization on Ponahawai Street in Hilo sometime between Monday, March 13, and Tuesday, March 14, 2023.

The white 2006 Ford van is bearing Hawaii license plate 917HDK. 

Police ask that anyone with information pertaining to this investigation to call Officer Bradley Waiki via the police department’s non-emergency number (808) 935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at (808) 961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
