Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Alaka’i Kali who was reported as a runaway. Kali had previously been reported as a runaway earlier this month, (Report #: 23-035004) and was subsequently located in Hilo on April 12, 2023, in good health. However, he then ran away again (Report #: 23-039698).

Kali was last seen in the 20 block of Lokahi Circle in Hilo on Friday, April 21, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. wearing a black shirt and black shorts.

He is described as local with a thin build and medium complexion, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. 

Police ask anyone with information on Kali’s whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
