4-29-22 One-Way Traffic Pattern April 30 in Pāpa‘aloa for “Mahalo Pāpa‘aloa Gym” Event

A temporary one-way traffic pattern will be in effect Saturday, April 30, 2022, in Pāpa‘aloa on Old Mamalahoa Highway in celebration of the “Mahalo Pāpa‘aloa Gym” event at the Pāpa‘aloa Community Center Gym.

Traffic will be allowed to flow in the Honoka‘a, or northerly, direction on Old Mamalahoa Highway, between Kekoa Camp Road to Pāpa‘aloa Avenue. The one-way traffic pattern will be in effect from 2:30 p.m. through 6:00 p.m.

During this time, parking will be allowed on the mauka, or Hilo-bound lane, to coincide with the one-way traffic pattern.
