Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 24-year-old Joseph Guadalupe of Volcano, who was reported missing. 

Gaudalupe was last seen walking in the area of Waianuenue Avenue and Rainbow Drive in Hilo on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at 9:00 p.m. He is described as Puerto Rican, 5 feet 9 inches tall,  190 pounds, with brown eyes, curly black hair, and a beard.  

Police ask anyone with information on Guadalupe’s whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311, attention Officer Kenneth Ishii.
