Hawai’i Island Police is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a juvenile male who was reported as a runaway.

13-year-old Jason Oharra was reported as a runaway on March 4, 2021 and was last seen in the area of Kahala Street in Puna on May 21, 2021.  Oharra may also be in the area of Pahoa Road in Nanawale.  He is described as being 5-feet-6-inches, 130 to 150 pounds, having a fair complexion, with short light brown hair and brown eyes.   He was last seen wearing black and teal shorts, a blue & grey t-shirt, and black shoes.
