Hawaiʻi Island police are asking for the public’s assistance with locating a 43-year-old Ka’u man, who is wanted for questioning in connection with a theft investigation that occurred in the District of Ka’u.

Chester Wooten Sr., is described as being 6-feet tall, 300 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair and is known to frequent the Districts of Kona and Ka’u. 

Anyone with information on Wooten Sr.’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact Detective Donovan Kohara at (808) 326-4646, Ext. 238, or via email at donovan.kohara@hawaiicounty.gov.  They may also contact the Hawai’i Police Department’s non-emergency number at (808) 935-3311.
