Hawai’i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 44-year-old Richard Jackson of Mountain View, who was reported missing on July 1, 2023.

Jackson was last observed on June 28, 2023 in the area of Kīlauea Avenue and Aupuni Street in Hilo. He is described as Caucasian male, 5-foot-11 inches, 240 pounds with short brown hair, blue eyes, a gray beard and tattoos on both forearms.
