Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Dyson Michael Evans who was reported as a runaway.

Evans was last seen at his grandfather’s residence in the Kalapana/Kaimu area on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. wearing a t-shirt, gym shorts, and white Crocs.

He is described as having a thin build and a fair complexion, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 145 pounds, with short blond hair and green eyes.

Police ask anyone who may have any information on Evans’ whereabouts to contact the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
