Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 25-year-old Destiny Escobar of Hilo who was recently reported missing. She was last seen on Monday, July 1, 2024, walking in the area of Maunakai Street in Hilo wearing gray shorts and a white tank top.

Escobar is described as a local female with a tan complexion, 5 feet 3 inches, 120 pounds, with curly, short black hair, and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone with information on Escobar’s whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
