8-08-22 Police Ask for Public’s Assistance Identifying Hilo Robbery Suspect

Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a female suspect wanted for questioning in a robbery investigation. The investigation stems from an incident that occurred at a store on Puainako Street in Hilo on Friday, August 5, 2022, at 4:55 p.m.

The female suspect is described as having a medium complexion, between 5 feet 4 inches and 5 feet 9 inches tall, 150 to 180 pounds, with dark brown hair. She has an unknown type of tattoo on the right side of her chest (shown in photograph).

She was last seen wearing a white tank top, gray jacket, and unknown pants/shorts.  

Police ask anyone with information regarding this person to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311 or contact Officer Sybastian Keltner at sybastian.keltner@hawaiicounty.gov.​
