Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 26-year-old Tyler Reikofski-Ekle of Hilo, who was reported missing.  Reikofski-Ekle was last seen in the area of the 15-mile marker on Highway 137, Kalapana-Kapoho Beach Road in Pahoa, on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 9:15 a.m., however not reported missing until recently.

He is considered endangered as he is in need of medication for a medical condition.

Reikofski-Ekle is described as Caucasian, 6 feet 1 inch tall, 185 pounds, with long blonde hair and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone with information on Reikofski-Ekle’s whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
