Media Release

Hawai’i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 57-year-old Dorajean Nihoa of Hilo and 60-year-old Joseph Keka of Kona.

Both are wanted for questioning regarding a missing person investigation that occurred in Ocean View in November 2019. Keka also has an outstanding arrest warrant.

Nihoa is described as a local female, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Keka is described as a local male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 275 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.
