Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s help in locating 54-year-old Beverly Rumsey of Pahoa, who was reported missing on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.

She was last seen on Priscilla Road in the Nanawale Estates subdivision in Pahoa, on September 2, 2024 at about 4:00 p.m.

She is described as a Caucasian female, 5-feet 4-inches in height, weighing approximately 150 pounds, brown hair with blonde highlights, blue eyes and a fair complexion. It is unknown what she was last wearing.

Rumsey is considered endangered and may be in need of medical attention.

Police ask anyone with information on Beverly Rumsey’s whereabouts to call the department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311, or contact Officer Jason Lin via email at Jason.Lin@hawaiicounty.gov.
