Hawai‘i Island police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 21-year-old Julian Skyler Jarrett of Pāhoa, who was reported missing.

Jarrett was last seen in the downtown Hilo area around 6 a.m. on Thursday, September 28, 2023, driving his silver 2005 Honda Civic, Hawai‘i license plate number ZGP096. At the time, he was wearing a blue and gray button-up shirt, dark jeans and shoes.

He is described as having dark complexion, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 190 pounds, with short, curly  black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about this case is encouraged to contact Puna patrol officer Chyann Gabriel via the police department’s non-emergency number (808) 935-3311.
