Hawai‘i Island police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 21-year-old Julian Skyler Jarrett of Pāhoa, who was reported missing.

Jarrett was last seen in the downtown Hilo area around 6 a.m. on Thursday, September 28, 2023, driving his silver 2005 Honda Civic, Hawai‘i license plate number ZGP096. At the time, he was wearing a blue and gray button-up shirt, dark jeans and shoes.

He is described as having dark complexion, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 190 pounds, with short, curly  black hair and brown eyes.
