The Hawaiʻi Police Department is hosting a HI-PAL Click it or Ticket 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament from June 29 through July 1 in Kailua-Kona at the Kekuaokalani Gymnasium. This is part of the “Click It or Ticket” series of basketball tournaments.
The Click It or Ticket Basketball Tournament scheduled for June 22-24 at the old Pāhoa Gymnasium has been postponed to an unspecified date do to gym repairs.
Team entries are being accepted in the following age groups 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14 high school boys, girls 10 & under, girls 12 and under, girls 14 and under and high school girls. The age cut-off date is December 31, 2012.
Deadline for teams to enter is June 22. Each team will be required to complete a registration packet which must be submitted by June 22.

In addition to the tournament, the Hawaiʻi Police Department will have information available about safe driving and seat belt use.
“Click It or Ticket” is a national education and enforcement campaign to increase seat belt use and decrease traffic fatalities and injuries. The Hawaiʻi Police Department encourages all youth, teens and adults to use their seat belts.
