The Hawaiʻi Island Police Activities League (HI-PAL), in collaboration with the Keaukaha basketball club program, will hold the fifth annual “Halloween Havoc” 3-on-3 basketball tournament in Keaukaha on October 22-23 at the Kawananakoa gymnasium.

Team registration is open to the first 10 teams in the following age divisions: 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, girls 10 and under, girls 12 and under and girls 14 and under.

Individuals interested in entering one or more teams may call the HI-PAL office in Hilo at 961-2220 or the Community Policing office at 961-8121.

Coaches interested in entering one or more teams are encouraged to turn in their rosters, which may be found in the event packets, as soon as possible. The packets may be picked up at the HI-PAL office in Hilo or by making arrangements with Officer Joseph Botelho.

The registration deadline is October 17.
