The Hawaii Police Department’s Hawaii Isle Police Activities League (HI-PAL), in collaboration with American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO-East Hawaii), will hold a youth 10 and Under Age Division Soccer Festival on Saturday, June 21, and Sunday, June 22, at the Bayfront Soccer Fields in Hilo.
