A 51-year-old Hilo woman was arrested and charged with drug offenses after vice officers served a search warrant on her Keaukaha condominium unit and recovered crystal methamphetamine and cash.

At approximately 4:30 p.m. Tuesday (April 29), vice officers served the search warrant on a condominium on the 1900 block of Kalanianaole Avenue. Officers located a safe in the condo containing 6.8 grams of crystal methamphetamine (“ice”) and $13,245 in cash. Police also found a small amount of marijuana in the condo.

Police arrested the the suspect, Lynn Dionise, at the end of Kalanianaole Avenue in the area of Puu Maile. She was charged Wednesday (April 30) with first-degree methamphetamine trafficking, second-degree promoting a dangerous drug, third-degree promoting a detrimental drug and drug paraphernalia.

She is being held at the Hilo police cellblock in lieu of $20,250 bail.
