…arrested after being featured on “Hawai’i Island’s Most Wanted”

An anonymous tip from the public has led to the arrest of a Ka’u man who was featured on “Hawai’i Island’s Most Wanted.”

Ka’u patrol officers and officers from the Area II Vice Section arrested Will M. Kaaihue at his home in the Green Sands subdivision on Wednesday (August 11).

Kaaihue was arrested for first-degree assault, two counts of abuse of a family/household member, violating parole and contempt of court. He was charged with all offenses except the assault and was being held in police custody pending a court appearance on Thursday (August 12).

Detectives from the Area I Juvenile Aid Section are continuing the assault investigation.
