Kona driver license road tests cancelled for Ironman Triathon 10-14-02

MEDIA RELEASE

Big Island Police are notifying the public that no road tests will be conducted out of the Kona driver License Office on Friday, October 18, 2002 due to the road closure on Ali’i Drive in preparation for the Ironman Triathlon World Championship.

Road tests will resume at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, October 21, 2002.
