Media Release (update No. 2)

An autopsy conducted Monday (April 23) revealed that 77-year-old Alehandra Lauro of Kailua-Kona died from a medical condition and not from a four-vehicle collision April 19 at the intersection of Route 190 and Hinalani Street in Kailua-Kona.

As a result, police have reduced the number of traffic fatalities to date this year from 12 to 11.
