MEDIA RELEASE UPDATE

Police have called off the search for a suspect wanted for violation of parole and three outstanding warrants for contempt.

The suspect, identified as Jordan A. Montoya, 23, turned himself in Tuesday (September 30, 2003) at the Kona police station.

Last Wednesday (September 24, 2003), Kona police had issued a news release seeking the public’s help in finding Montoya and another suspect, identified as William M. Wagstaff Jr., 29.

Wagstaff who is still being sought for violation of parole and three outstanding warrants for contempt of court.
