Big Island police have located 24-year-old Joel Landsborough of Kailua-Kona, who was wanted on a warrant and in connection with a suspected burglary ring.

Landsborough was arrested Friday (September 21) and charged Saturday morning with contempt of court, theft (for an incident at a department store this month) and two counts of unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle (for cars that were stolen from Hilo in August and from Kona this month).

His bail was set at $30,300. He was held at the Kona police cellblock until his court appearance Monday (September 24).
