Police are searching for a 7-year-old Kailua-Kona boy who was reported missing.

Kona patrol officers responded to a 3 p.m. call Wednesday (October 16) from Hōlualoa Elementary School and learned that the 2nd grade boy failed to arrive home after catching the bus from the school to the Nani Kailua area.

Alexander Kaiser is described as Caucasian-Filipino, 4-feet tall, 80 pounds, with black curly hair. He was wearing a blue T-shirt, grey shorts, black-and-blue athletic shoes and carrying a black backpack with a green design.

Police ask anyone who sees him to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
