Big >Island> police are looking for a 16-year-old boy reported as missing from his Kona home since December 2, 2006.

His name is Nicholas Volpa. He is described as Hawaiian/African-American, 6-feet tall, 170 pounds with a medium build, a tan complexion, hazel eyes and black hair.

Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency telephone number at 935-3311.

Those who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
