Big Island police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 13-year-old boy who has been missing since April 7.

Jesse Mamac is described as part-Hawaiian, 5-foot-4, 105 pounds with a slim build, brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen in the area of Honaunau wearing a Volcom jacket, beige striped shorts and white slippers. 

Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call Officer Renee Morinaka of the Community Policing Section at 326-4646, extension 290, or the Police Department’s non-emergency number at 935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 329-8181 in Kona or 961-8300 in Hilo. All Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
