Hawaiʻi Island police are searching for a 16-year-old Hilo girl who was reported missing.

Mariah Gonsalves was last seen in Hilo on December 1.

She is described as part Hawaiian, 5-foot-7, 215 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt over a pink T-shirt, jeans and gray-and-pink shoes. She was carrying a neon pink/orange duffle bag.

Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
