Police traffic investigators are looking for any witnesses to a motorcycle-auto crash April 22, 2006, on Highway 11 in front of the Mountain View Post Office.

Puna patrol officers responded to a 10:02 a.m. call and determined that Glen A. League, 56, of Keaau was operating a 1999 Vulcan motorcycle and traveling south on Highway 11 when he rear-ended a 1988 Pontiac two-door sedan making a right turn into the Mountain View Post Office. League died at 12:15 p.m. the next day at Hilo Medical Center.

Police ask anyone with information about the crash to call Officer Wendall Carter at 961-2293 or Sergeant Christopher Gali at 961-2332.
