A temporary one-way traffic pattern will be in effect along a portion of Kapi’olani Street on Saturday, October 3.

Between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., traffic will flow in the Puna direction only on Kapi’olani Street between Hualālai Street and Wailoa Street.

The temporary one-way traffic pattern, allowed under the Hawai’i County Code (Section 24-10), will be in effect to accommodate the annual Country Fair at St. Joseph School.
