BLOOD DONORS-A total of 118 donor volunteers showed up to give blood in the hawaii Police Department’s annual Employee/Family Blood drive on Friday.

The Hawaii Police Department netted 104 pints of blood in its annual Employee/Family Blood Bank drive Friday (May 27, 2005).

During the one-day blood drive, a total of 118 donor volunteers showed up to give blood.

The Blood Bank had set up tables for taking blood in the training room of the Hilo police station, and nurses drew blood from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The drive was open to the public at 9:30 a.m.
